The secrets of a Grand Cru
This visit is for those who wish to discover the Château de Lescours through a more technical approach, centered on wine making.
First, you will discover the cultivation techniques dear to Lescours. Reasoned agriculture, mechanical work of the land or "sexual confusion".
Secondly, you will be introduced to a technical approach to winemaking. Destemming, crushing, maceration, pumping over. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation and ageing. So many steps that guide the two years of wine making, from harvest to bottling.

Some encounters deserve to be savored. This visit is for those who wish to discover the Saint-Emilion vineyards in a different and more intimate way.
For nearly 3h, Lucie, owner of Château de Lescours, opens the doors to her daily life. From the vineyard to the cellar, she discusses the choices that shape each vintage, the challenges of a human-scale vineyard, and also the history of this family estate, which is almost 700 years old.
