The secrets of a Grand Cru
​This visit is for those who wish to discover the Château de Lescours through a more technical approach, centered on wine making.
First, you will discover the cultivation techniques dear to Lescours. Reasoned agriculture, mechanical work of the land or "sexual confusion".

Secondly, you will be introduced to a technical approach to winemaking. Destemming, crushing, maceration, pumping over. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation and ageing. So many steps that guide the two years of wine making, from harvest to bottling.
